At CCB Sports we do not want our clients to be concerned about their compensation and this is why we let them know ahead of time what to expect in terms of compensation based on their projected draft position. We work diligently to ensure that they are compensated for their talents. We are not satisfied with a contract that compensates you more then the players behind you or a little more than the person in front of you. We will only be satisfied with a contract that compensates you for what you bring to a team.
CCB Sports takes a unique approach to marketing our clients. Your marketing begins with us speaking to every team on your behalf about your attributes. Next we compile a list of teams that your talents fill a need for and we heavily focus our efforts on them.
Your marketing continues with us targeting endorsement companies in the same manner as we target teams. Over the years of our staff has amassed numerous contacts with major companies. This affords us the ability to effectively tie you to organizations that you are interested in and that have an interest in you.
Our staff understands the importance of endorsements as a form of recognition and additional income. We have amassed 12 years worth of relationships with companies that endorse athletes. Our connections have extended beyond the common-place companies. We will comprise a targeted endorsement blitz for each of our clients. We will not accept just any endorsement, but those endorsements that are right for you.

As a professional athlete you have two careers - your first career consists of you being a professional athlete, which is a year-round career and your second career is preparing for your future. Being prepared for workouts and interviews directly correlates to improving your draft position. Many talented athletes have dropped in the draft, not been drafted or not given an opportunity at all due to their poor workouts and poor inteviews. CCB Sports has established relationships with skilled and proven trainers that will extend your physical limits in getting you prepared for workouts. Our trainers employ state-of-the-art facilities, workout programs and techniques to assist you with improving your conditioning, strength, speed and agility.
Just as important as your physical preparation is your mental preparation. You will be given practice interviews and interviewing techniques to ensure you are prepared for this grueling process.
CCB Sports also has a network of doctors to address any physical ailments you may have as a result of your collegiate career.
Your long-term financial stability is very important to us at CCB Sports. In order to focus on marketing and negotiating our teammates' contracts, we have chosen not to manage your financial endeavors. We do not believe it is in your best interest to have your financial matters handled by the firm that represents you. Your financial endeavors will be managed by NFLPA Certified Financial Advisors. We assist in the selection process, but you choose your financial advisor. Most important is you being placed in the care of competent advisors who can focus on you and your financial goals. One of the firms that we recommend has over 40 years of professional athlete Financial Management experience.

Archie Chaney III is the President and Founder of CCB Sports Management, LLC. He is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame and has earned two MBA degrees from The University of Colorado. Archie is a NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor. Mr. Chaney has been involved in numerous NFL player contract negotiations. His ability to research previous contracts and define the monetary parameters of contracts has been invaluable in helping clients achieve a maximum contract.
Archie runs the daily functions of CCB Sports. He is also responsible for player recruitment, development, contract negotiation and player marketing. In addition, Archie handles relationships with endorsement companies.
